Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Processing times
Orders are typically processed within a few business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery time to Canada and the United States is 14 to 30 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Lost or undelivered packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Reshipment costs for packages returned to us due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.
